Enrollment Application

If you are interested in enrolling, or just looking for some more information, please complete this form.

Please note that enrollment is complete once the Enrollment Forms have been completed and the Enrollment Fee has been paid.

 

Open House* dates:

Preschool classes (ages 3-4) - August 3, 10:00-11:00am

Pre-K classes (ages 4-5) - August 3, 11:00am-12:00pm

 

*August Tuition is due at Open House. This is also a good time to bring in supplies.

 

Per regulations, each student is required to have a completed physical form and immunization records on file. You may email them to NorthernLightsAcademyAK@gmail.com, or turn in a physical copy. Please see the Enrollment Packet for more information regarding these requirements.
